Unigram and its subsidiaries and affiliates (together, “Unigram,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our websites (“Websites”), those who access and/or use our software (“Platform and Solutions”), including our associated mobile applications owned and controlled by Unigram (“Mobile Applications”). This Privacy Policy describes Unigram’s privacy practices regarding your access and use of the Platform and Solutions, its products, and Mobile Applications (collectively, the “Services”), your use and access to our Websites, and your choices regarding the use, access, correction, and deletion of your personal information.
If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites, or any other aspect of Unigram’s business. By using our Services or our Website, you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a. When you visit our Websites
When you visit our Websites, we collect information about your browser type, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, geographic location, referring source, duration of visit, and pages viewed (“Navigation Information”). Navigation Information is described in more detail below.
b. When you visit our Platform and Solutions
When you request more information about the Services, we ask you to provide the following personal information: your name, email address, company name, and phone number (“Primary Information”).
When you purchase or subscribe to our Services, we ask you to provide the following personal information: Primary Information, company address, billing name and address, credit card information, the number of employees within your organization, and any other information you choose to provide us (“Personal Data”).
c. Import Option
Through our “import option,” we may also collect Personal Data or email addresses of contacts you choose to share with us. When you provide us with personal information about your contacts, it is subject to their own privacy policy or your responsibility. We will only use this information for the specific purpose outlined in this Privacy Policy, such as adding new accounts to your Unigram account.
2. THE USE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
a. Your Profile
When you register or use any of our Services, you create your own public profile and set your privacy preferences. You can view your profile to verify which information you provide is shared publicly, and you can edit your profile to remove information you do not want displayed publicly. We may use information about you that we collect from other sources, including, among others, newspapers and online sources such as blogs, instant messaging services, platform developers, social media websites, and other users of our Websites, to complement your profile.
b. Legitimate Interests under the GDPR
To the extent that Unigram’s processing of your Personal Data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) in the European Union (“EU”), Unigram relies on its legitimate interests to process your data. This may include retaining your information after you deactivate your account for the time necessary to pursue legitimate business interests, direct marketing purposes, perform audits, comply with (and demonstrate compliance with) legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
c. Websites and Services
We use the Navigation Information alone or in combination with publicly available information about you to operate, improve, optimize, and personalize your experience on our Websites. Additionally, we use the Navigation Information, the Personal Data you have provided, publicly available information about you, or any combination of these to understand, operate, improve, research, and analyze usage trends and feature preferences of our Services and to create new features and functionalities.
d. Administration
We will use your email address or phone number to communicate with you for administrative purposes, customer service, intellectual property notices, changes in our services, important notices, privacy rights, or defamation issues. When you provide us with credit card information, we use it to verify your financial qualifications and to collect payments from you. We use a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing.
e. Marketing
We may use your Personal Data to send information about new product features or business marketing communications from carefully selected third-party businesses that we believe may be of interest to you. These are third-party marketing communications, and you can control your settings to receive them.
3. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
a. No Sale of Your Personal Data
At Unigram, we are not in the business of selling your information to third parties.
b. Your Instruction
We will share, disclose, and update your Personal Data in accordance with your instructions, including any applicable Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Terms of Use.
c. Service Providers/Marketplace Third Parties
When you access our Platform and Solutions, you may have access to and purchase from third parties. For example, in our Marketplace, you may interact with third-party vendors or service providers (“Vendors”) to process and support your business. When you enable a service or purchase a product from our service providers or third-party Vendors, we may share some of your Personal Data. These third parties are not owned or controlled by Unigram, and they have their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Please consult the privacy settings and notices of these third-party services.
d. Third-Party Service Providers
We hire third-party entities or individuals to provide enhancement or support services. For example, we may hire third-party companies or individuals for website creation and development, hosting, maintenance, and support; virtual computing services and storage, among others. These third-party companies may have access to or process your information.
e. Mergers and Acquisitions
If Unigram participates in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, financing, public offering of securities, sale of some or all of Unigram’s assets or shares, acquisition of part or all of our business, a similar transaction or proceeding, or steps in contemplation of such activities, some or all Personal Data may be shared or transferred, subject to a standard confidentiality agreement.
f. Anonymized Data
We may disclose or use aggregated or anonymized data for any purpose, including research.
g. Compliance with Laws
We may be required to disclose Personal Data if we reasonably believe that such disclosure is (to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others) in accordance with or required by any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
h. Clearbit
Some of the forms on Unigram’s website use the third-party service Clearbit at www.clearbit.com. This service is used to shorten our forms by linking to the email address field. When a visitor types in the email address, it is sent to Clearbit, which searches its sources for any relevant information about the address. The information we obtain includes identifiers, professional or employment-related information, educational information, commercial information, visual information, internet activity information, user behavior data, and social media profiles. We use this information to update, enrich, and analyze our records, identify new customers, and create more personalized advertising to provide services that may be of interest to you.
4. NAVIGATION INFORMATION
a. Cookies
Cookies are small text files that we send to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are unique to your account or browser. Cookies can be used to recognize you and remember your preferences when you visit our Websites or Services, providing a personalized experience more quickly and securely.
We use cookies and other advertising technologies, such as web beacons, pixels, and tags, or any combination thereof, to gather information about your usage of our Websites or Services and deliver a personalized experience more quickly and securely. They also help provide us with a more effective market for users, conduct audits, research, and generate aggregated reports.
Session cookies are automatically deleted once you close the browser or Mobile Application, while persistent cookies last until you or your browser deletes them, or until they expire.

b. Log Files, IP Addresses
As is common with most websites and technology services offered over the internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Websites or Services and log it in log files. This information may include your IP address, the referring website address, the one you are visiting, browser type and settings, your internet service provider or mobile carrier, your searches, operating system, location, date and time you accessed or used the Services, browser settings and add-ons, language preferences, and cookie data.
c. Flash Cookies and Other Third-Party Tracking
Unigram or our third-party partners may use Flash cookies to remember settings, preferences, and usage, as well as statistical information about your volume to provide personalized settings, enhanced interactions, and more relevant communications, and to track the performance of our ads.
d. Do Not Track
Currently, the Company’s Websites or Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from your web browser or other mechanisms.
e. Social Media Features and Single Sign-On
The Company’s Websites and Services may use social media features, such as the “like” button on Facebook. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting on the Company’s Websites and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function correctly. Your interaction with these features is governed by the privacy policy of the social media companies providing the relevant features.
f. Links
Our Websites may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other sites as we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
5. CORRECT, UPDATE, DELETE INFORMATION
Access and control over most Personal Data on our websites and services is readily available through profile editing tools. Users can modify or delete any information from their profile at any time by logging into their account. The information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their services may do so. Deleted information may persist in backups for a reasonable period but will not generally be available to members of the services.
We can correct, update, delete, or otherwise modify any personal information you have provided to us through the company’s websites and services.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
By using our services, you consent to your personal data being transferred and processed in the United States/Canada.
We may transfer the personal data you provided to countries other than your own. The company primarily stores your personal data in the United States.
We offer EU Standard Contractual Clauses to comply with adequacy and security measures for our clients operating in the EU, as well as for other international data transfers.
7. SECURITY
At Unigram, we take data security very seriously, and it is one of our top priorities. Our websites and services take appropriate precautions to protect personal data. Your account information is stored on a secure server behind a firewall. When you enter your personal information, such as credit card number or password, we encrypt that information using Secure Socket Layer technology.
Although we allow you to set privacy options that limit access to your pages, we cannot guarantee that information, during transmission over the internet or while stored on our system or otherwise under our care, will be completely safe from third-party intrusions. Please note that no security measure is perfect or invulnerable.
8. AGE LIMITATION
To the extent prohibited by applicable law, we do not allow the use of our websites and services by individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under the age of 18, we will remove that information as quickly as possible. If you discover that a minor has provided us with personal information in violation of this privacy policy, you can alert us at contact@unigram.com.
9. PUBLIC FORUMS, REFER A CONTACT, CUSTOMER TESTIMONIALS
We may provide forums, blogs, or chat rooms on the company’s websites. Any personal information you choose to submit in such forums may be read, collected, or used by other people visiting these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for any personal information you provide in these forums.
You may refer a friend by sending us their name and email address. We will send the contact a one-time email about our websites and services, and we do not store this information.
We post customer testimonials and reviews on our websites, which may contain Personal Data. We obtain prior consent before publishing any information on our websites.
10. MOBILE APPLICATIONS
In addition to the information we collect on our websites and services, when you use our mobile applications, we may also collect additional information, including your city location, device model and version, device identifier (or “UDID”), operating system version, and your subscription. We use mobile analytics software to better understand the functionality of our applications on your mobile device.
You can configure your settings to receive push notifications and other types of access to your phone, such as the camera and contacts.
Mobile applications may transmit information to and from devices to provide mobile app services. International transfer may occur.
11. CHANGES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Nubexa reserves the right to change this privacy policy from time to time to comply with laws, regulations, our business, and industry standards, including security. The use of our services and any dispute arising from it is subject to this privacy policy, as well as the terms of service and terms of use.
If we make substantial changes, we will provide thirty (30) days’ notice by email, through the services, or through mutually agreed communication channels.
If you do not agree with the changes or any part of this privacy policy, you must deactivate your service account immediately and refrain from using our services.
12. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We reserve the right to retain any personal data subject to: (a) fulfilling our obligations under our agreement with you; (b) complying with applicable laws. Without limiting the generality of the above, if you have an account and wish to close it, please visit your account settings. Upon your request, we will close your account and delete your contact, billing, and shipping information. After closing your account, you will not be able to log in to it.
After closing your account, please note that we may retain and use certain information for analytical and record-keeping purposes when permitted by law to prevent fraud, collect outstanding fees, enforce our agreements and user terms, and comply with legal requirements. If certain information was shared with third parties or you shared it with other users, that content or information may still be available to those other users.
